Situated perfectly, the hotel is steps from the cable car and near Union Square, which is perfect for grabbing coffee and planning your day. Everything is close by, and my room was spacious and sunny. The free morning coffee, tea, and biscuits were a great touch. The charming lobby with a grand piano added to the cozy feel.
We enjoyed the convenient location, reasonable rates, fridge, and peaceful atmosphere. The main highlight was the charming ambiance. We loved discovering a theater on the second floor and had a great time watching a musical without leaving the building.

Regarding our pet policy, only dogs are allowed (no cats). Each room is permitted one medium-sized dog (weighing 40 pounds or less), however, breeds deemed aggressive (Pit Bulls or Rottweilers) are not accepted. Dogs must be kenneled or removed from the room during housekeeping service, which is provided daily. If a dog’s barking disturbs other guests, the owner will be required to leave with the pet without a refund. A nonrefundable pet cleaning fee will be assessed upon check-in to cover the cost of deep cleaning after departure, and this fee is not negotiable. Guests must sign an agreement at check-in, detailing charges and house rules. Guests must present a photo ID and credit card to check in. Special requests will be accommodated as available and may incur additional charges. In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, additional safety and sanitation protocols are in place at this property. A damage deposit of US0 is required upon arrival and will be charged to your credit card. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after check-out, contingent on an inspection confirming no damage.
